Who We Serve

We serve children who have an incarcerated parent and the caregiver/parent raising them. We provide Christ-centered youth enrichment, practical life skills development, and steady support that helps children grow with stability, confidence, and faith.

For more than eight years, we have worked with families facing hardship through outreach, annual events, and direct support. As our work deepened, one need became unmistakable: children with incarcerated parents often carry emotional strain, disrupted routines, and limited guidance. These realities call for consistent presence and structured care, not one-time events.

We create safe, reliable spaces where children are known by name, encouraged in their faith, and guided in everyday skills that prepare them for school, relationships, and future responsibility. Through our Rising Oaks youth enrichment efforts and family-centered support, children experience steady relationships, clear expectations, and opportunities to grow in both character and competence.

Our work is rooted in the love of Christ and shaped by a commitment to show up regularly, not only in moments of crisis, but throughout the year. We focus on steady development that strengthens children and families over time.

Christ Rose Foundation exists to help break cycles of instability by ensuring that children and young adults aged 5-21 with incarcerated parents have access to caring relationships, meaningful enrichment, and Christ-centered guidance as they grow with us from youth until adulthood.
